Soumen Ghosh

Soumen Ghosh is a Professor of operations and supply chain management in the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). His primary areas of expertise are in supply chain excellence capability development, supply chain executive leadership development, operations and supply chain strategy for competitive advantage, global supply chain and operations/ manufacturing capability development, and strategic supply chain infrastructure development. On the academic front, Professor Ghosh serves on the Editorial Boards of several leading academic journals in the operations and supply chain management field. His current editorial responsibilities are: Associate Editor of Decision Sciences Journal, Senior Editor of Production & Operations Management, and Editorial Review Board, Journal of Operations Management. He was recently appointed as a Fellow of the Decision Sciences Institute.








Nathasit Gerdsri

Nathasit Gerdsri is Associate Professor of Technology and Innovation Management and Deputy Dean for Academic Programs at College of Management, Mahidol University, Thailand. He was also invited as a visiting professor in Europa Institute of MBA, Germany during 2007-2011 where he regularly visited every Summer to offer a course on Strategic Management of Change. Prior to that Gerdsri held a Visiting Assistant Professor in Dept. of Engineering and Technology Management at Portland State University during 2004-5. Gerdsri also has industrial experiences in technical consulting, contract research, management of mega construction projects and technology development as he used to work with Intel Enterprise R&D Lab in Hillsboro, Oregon USA. The outputs of his research works have been published in many international journals including Journal of Technology Forecasting Social Change, Journal of Technology Analysis and Strategic Management, Int’l Journal of Technology Intelligence and Planning, Int’l Journal of Technology, Policy and Management, Int’l Journal of Innovation and Technology Management, Asian Journal of Technology Innovation, Journal of Mathematical and Computer Modeling, etc. Currently, Gerdsri serves an Area Editor of the International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management (IJITM).





 Xiande Zhao

Zhao Xiande is Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS in January 2013, he was Professor of Operations Management in the Department of Decision Sciences and Managerial Economics and Director of the Centre of Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Li & Fung Institute of Supply Chain Management/Logistics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (2005 to 2012). During the past twenty-five years, Dr.Zhao has been affiliated with a number of universities where he has held several academic and administrative positions. In 2011, Dr. Zhao was specially appointed as a “One Thousand Talent Professor” under China’s Global Search of One Thousand Talent Theme and served as Director of the Institute for Supply Chain Integration and Service Innovation at South China University of Technology. Previously he worked as an associate professor at City University of Hong Kong, Hampton University and University of Utah. Professor Zhao is currently President of the Academy of Supply Chain and Operations Management (ASCOM) and Vice President of Asia Pacific Institute of Decision Science. He also served as the President of International Association of Information and Management Sciences (IMS) and the President of Asia Pacific Institute of Decision Science. He is Associate Editor for the Journal of Operations Management, Decision Sciences Journal, and a Senior Editor of Production and Operations Management Journal.

Rungtusanatham is Fisher Colleger of Business Distinguished Professor of Management Sciences at Ohio State University. Before joining Fisher in 2011, he worked for the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota (2006-2011), the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (1998-2006), and the School of Business of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1995-1998), where he held faculty and various administrative positions. Those included academic co-director of the Joseph M. Juran Center for Leadership in Quality. At Fisher, Rungtusanatham recently received the Daniel Westerbeck Undergraduate Teaching Award. While at W. P. Carey, Rungtusanatham was the first winner of the John Teets Outstanding Graduate Professor Award (2000). He research, published in prestigious academic and practitioner journals, has been recognized with the 2011 Citation of Excellence from Emerald Management Reviews, the 2004 Best Paper Award from the Production Planning & Control journal, the 2004 Best Paper Award from the Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education, and the 2005 E. Grosvenor Plowman Best Paper Award from the CSCMP Annual Conference. His publications were finalists for the 2005 Journal of Operations Management Best Paper Award and the 2008 Chan K. Hahn Best Paper Award from the operations management division of the Academy of Management. At Carlson, Rungtusanatham won the 2007 Faculty Research Award.





Kongkiti Phusavat

Kongkiti Phusavat is a Professor at Department of Industrial Engineering, Kasetsart University in Bangkok, Thailand.  Phusavat is the author of the book- the title of “Productivity Management in an Organization: Measurement and Analysis” and has contributed the chapters to several texts in the areas of process management.  Moreover,  Phusavat has published over 90 referred journal articles for the past fifteen years.   Phusavat is currently the Editor in Chief of International Journal of Innovation and Learning. Phusavat is serving Thailand’s Board of Trade- the Chairman of Education and Skills Committee of Joint Foreign Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and a committee in Thai Chamber of Commerce’s Education Committee.  Phusavat has played a prominent role in the international collaboration between Thailand and Finland in education.  For his work with Finnish education, Phusavat was later awarded the Order of the Lion of Finland with the honor title of Knight First Class in 2015.  In addition,Phusavat was granted the title of Honorary Professor in 2017 from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Poland. Phusavat is a regular examiner for the universities in Australia, Finland and Malaysia.  He has frequently given the lectures and speeches at several universities in Australia, Finland, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan ROC, Slovenia, and the U.S. Finally, Phusavat earned his master and doctoral degrees from Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and Sate University or Virginia Tech in the U.S.  Phusavat attended Texas Tech University in the U.S for his undergraduate study in Industrial Engineering.  His research and work interests include productivity measurement, quality improvement, performance management, acquisition logistics, system design, pedagogical development in education, and public-sector reforms.

Jatinder (Jeet) N. D. Gupta is currently the Director of Integrated Enterprise Lab, Eminent Scholar of Management of Technology, Professor of Information Systems, Industrial and Systems Engineering and Engineering Management at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama. In his career, He held several technical and managerial positions in the US Postal Service and Energy Information Administration where he received the superior job performance award. He received his PhD in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, a M. Tech in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and a B. E in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University.
